We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, we’ve put together some common questions to help make your experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

About Our Classes

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a range of classes - Beginner and Intermediate Mat Pilates Group Classes, and Private 1 to 1 sessions.

Each class focuses on improving flexibility, posture, and strength at your own pace.

I’m new to Pilates — where should I start?

We recommend starting with a Beginner class or a 1 to 1 session if you want a more personal experience. Tiffany will guide you through the basics and help you feel comfortable with the equipment and movements.

What to expect

In a beginner Pilates class, you can expect a gentle introduction to core Pilates principles like breathing, posture, and controlled movement. The instructor will guide you through basic exercises - often on a mat - focused on improving strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Movements are slow and accessible, with plenty of modifications offered, so you can learn proper form and build confidence at your own pace. No prior experience is needed, and the atmosphere is supportive and beginner-friendly.

How do I know which class level is right for me?

There is a class description on our website. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask Tiffany, she will be happy to help you choose!

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a class?

You can book online through our website. Simply choose your class, select your time, and confirm your spot!
Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for classes that you miss.

What to Bring

Comfortable workout clothes that allow free movement.
A water bottle Mats and other equipment is provided in all classes — just bring yourself and a smile!

Payments

Payments are taken for the classes when you book online. ️

Health & Safety

Your wellbeing is our top priority. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, conditions, or pregnancies before class so they can offer modifications.
All equipment is cleaned and sanitized between sessions.
