Hi, I’m Tiffany, a passionate Pilates practitioner and teacher. At 51, I bring both life experience and a deep understanding of movement to every class I teach. As a qualified Level 4 Practitioner, my approach to Pilates is rooted in the six core principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breathing.
I have a great love of the sea and train with the North Norfolk Surf Lifesaving Club. My time in the water, especially when prone or knee paddling on race boards has shown me how vital core strength is for balance, injury prevention, and endurance. This connection between movement, strength, and stability inspired me to share the benefits of Pilates through teaching.
I believe Pilates is for everyone — it’s about building strength from the inside out, improving posture, and enhancing overall wellbeing. My goal is to help each client move with greater awareness, confidence, and ease — both on and off the mat.
