Intermediate Group Studio Class

Our Intermediate Pilates classes are designed for those with a solid foundation in Pilates. A good basic knowledge of the repertoire is required, as this class moves at a faster pace than our beginner sessions, flowing through sequences of exercises that challenge strength, stability, and control.

We place a strong focus on postural awareness and precision in movement, helping you refine your technique and deepen your practice. These classes are ideal for those ready to progress, push themselves safely, and explore more advanced Pilates exercises in a supportive group setting.
