Beginner Group Studio Classes

*IF YOU ARE COMING FOR THE FIRST TIME PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLIER TO FILL OUT A PAR Q FORM (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)*

Our Beginner Pilates classes are the perfect introduction to Pilates. You’ll learn how to set up your body for success — focusing on posture, neutral alignment, and mindful breathing.

We start each session with gentle mobilisation to prepare the body, then move into the main phase where you’ll explore foundational movements from the 34 classical Pilates exercises. The class finishes with calming stretches to release tension and restore balance.

This is a slow-paced, supportive class designed for beginners or those returning to exercise. All exercises are mat-based, helping you safely build core strength, stability, and body awareness at your own pace.
